Joe Carrick Design Inc. is a full service custom home design company with over 16 years experience. We design homes from starter to custom to fit your individual needs. As a member of the Utah Valley Home Builders Association, we have designed numerous homes for the Parade of Homes where we have been recognized for award winning designs.
At JCD we specialize in designing custom homes. We also have hundreds of existing plans to choose from some of which are featured on this web site. In addition, we have a plan book containing a selection of about 70 of our most popular plans. These books can be ordered through this web site or by contacting us directly. Our plans are drawn using cutting edge CAD software to insure detailed accuracy, increased speed, and to accommodate easy changes. JCD also offers renderings.
Our pricing is competitive, as indicated in the Ordering Info section of this web site. In general, any existing plans on this site or in our plan book are sold for a discounted reuse fee based on home size. To buy one of our existing plans with a few changes, we would charge a reuse fee for the plan plus an hourly rate for any modifications. New custom plans are sold at a square footage rate.
